What time is check-in/out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.  If an earlier check-in time is required, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance on your estimated arrival time to see if we can accommodate an early check-in.

Check-out is prior to 12:00 PM. If a later check-out time is required, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance on your departure time to see if we can accommodate a later check-out.

IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?

Minimum stay in high season – 7 days
Minimum stay in low season – 4 days

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

A 20% deposit is required to secure bookings. All details and all payment methods are given on confirmation of booking.

If you wish to amend or cancel a confirmed booking, you must contact us by email or phone. Amendments and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the hotel. In all cases, once the booking is confirmed, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the reservation date will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. 

Bookings canceled within 14 days of check-in date receive no refund.

Yes, children are welcome

does the resort allow pets?

No pets allowed

is the resort accessible?

There is one apartment that is accessible but the rest of the units are not.

is parking available?

Yes, plenty of free parking is available under the olive trees.

what are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

is VAT included?

Yes, VAT is included.
